I no longer need the medication because my prescription has changed, can you help?

Next Day provides sleeping pills, pain killers, and anti-anxiety medicines to patients. However, our customers are not eligible for a refund if they change their treatment plan based on their condition or some other reason. Patients should consult with their physician before placing an order at Next Day.

My order arrived damaged, can you help?

If you discover any damage in the packaging or have any questions or concerns related to the medicines purchased, please contact our customer care team using the contact form or live chat on our website.

I received my order but I have changed my mind, can I return my medication?

No. We do not accept returns of any medications that have left our storage depot. We cannot restock any medications that have been used unless the refund is due to damage. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if such damage occurs. Next Day may reduce the refunded amount that you request if such a request is accepted.
